"La Convergence des Streams" is an online charity event taking place from November 1 to 8 in aid of the Human Rights League (LDH). Initiated by high school students, a major social movement is currently sweeping across France. Everywhere, youth have been joined in the streets by thousands of people. Faced with this legitimate movement, the government has failed to provide any political response matching these demands. It has chosen an authoritarian shift. Against this repression and ongoing authoritarian shift, the time is right for streamers to mobilize.
WHY THE LDH? The LDH provides concrete support to the ongoing social movement: legal aid for victims of repression during protests; observation and documentation of policing practices; and the defense of public liberties, notably through legal action.
