In February, Martin Oldgoth was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis, an incurable liver disease for which there is currently no treatment or cure. He has been given medication to attempt to slow the decline and delay or even prevent the need for a liver transplant.
In order to help slow the progress of this disease, Martin has been advised to follow a healthy diet and rest as much as possible -- and most importantly, to retire from working, or at the very least work less hours.
He is now attempting to raise money to be able to do this, and has set a target of £15,000 in order to be able to drop at least one day a week at work. If somehow the target is exceeded then I can cut more hours.
