Otter & Q are a queer, trans, disabled couple facing eviction. Due to Q's SSDI payments getting almost entirely slashed, along with a dangerous flare of Q's disabilities preventing him from doordashing, they have been entirely reliant on Otter's income for bills. They were unable to make March's rent initially, and due to Q being admitted to the hospital for a week, Otter has missed days of work on top of the couple's other financial hardships they were already facing.
This fundraiser was organized to try to assist them with their rent. Thanks to the generosity of community members, March rent has been covered. We are now in the process of trying to raise the amount for April's rent, which is $1,500. If we manage to raise anything past that, it will go to helping with late fees and other bills to try to help Otter and Q stabilize.
How to Participate:
In order to join the raid train, you must first apply to join the raid train Discord server so you can be vetted. After you are vetted, you will gain access to the Discord, and subsequently to the code needed to claim slots here on the RaidPal.
