Celebrating 5 Years of Diligent Fingers' music show The Forward Motion Podcast and the Forward Motion Brand. From Dream FM down in London back in 2019 to facebook to youtube and finally finding its permanent home on Twitch, Forward Motion is a vehicle for change fuelled by Dili's passion for music and his mental health advocacy. Born from the mantra " Forward Ever Backward Never ", come join the celebrations, spread good music and here's to another 5 years of progression.
