This is a FunDRAISER raid train to help the family of DJ Christopher. They have lost a loved one and need help with the expenses. The following information has been posted on their IG page.
Here are the details that my stepmom and dad came up with for the fundraiser:
We are seeking to raise $7,000 to help cover the burial expenses for Christl Campbell—our beloved mother, mother-in-law, Oma, and dear friend to many.
She touched countless lives with her warmth and kindness, and we want to honor her with the dignity and respect she deserves.
Her final resting place will be Evergreen Cemetery in Everett, where she will be inurned alongside her husband, Norman, with Military Honors.
The funds raised will go toward the cost of the funeral and associated arrangements.
In addition, we hope to raise an additional $2,000 to host a public celebration of Christl’s life in Lyman, the community she called home and where we live today.
So many have reached out asking if there will be a gathering to share memories and pay their respects—this celebration would make that possible. These additional funds would help cover the rental of a hall, refreshments, and the publication of a detailed obituary in the local newspaper, which can cost up to $1,000.
We are deeply grateful for any support you can offer, whether through donations or by helping us share this message. Every contribution, no matter the size, brings us closer to honoring Christl in the way she truly deserves.
