SOTU is a community/family of DJs whose main ethos is about DJs supporting DJs through their craft and love of music, while enjoying the art of DJing. We play music people should hear. What they need to hear. Taking our audience on a musical journey through various genres, exploring as we go. Since we have no time for egos or pretense, we have all the time in the world for good music. During SOTU sets you won’t hear mainstream music, top forty, top 100, or billboard playlists. For the most part, you aren’t going to turn on the radio and hear what we play. There are plenty of other DJs, channels, and stations where people can hear what we aren’t playing. Our Sunday Raid Trains are opportunities to try new things and explore music. To push boundaries like a playground or a sandbox. It doesn’t matter if you have been playing for 6 months or 40 years – you have a place in SOTU!
